A centerpiece finishes of a table, whether you’re sitting down for a normal evening meal, or having a formal dinner. Unfortunately, most of us don’t have large tables, so how can you create an effective centerpiece of flowers and candles which doesn’t take up much room? It’s ok if you want to have a single rose in a vase, but the combination of candles and flowers is the spark of romance ; don’t worry it’s possible even in the smallest of spaces.
Visit your local dollar store and buy a bag of seashells or glass gems, perhaps a mirror tile or even a vase, you may be surprised what you can find at very low cost. These will all prove useful.
One of the msot effective, vertical candle centerpieces is a stacking set of apothecary jars. Fill each one half way with water and aqua gems, hide a different colored floralyte in each one and float a flower on the water. Stack them, add the lid, and place two flickering votive candles on either side, for an original and very effective but small floral design.
