// November 25th, 2011 // No Comments » // Cooking, Food, Home Cooking, How To Cook

Other than ground beef my favorite meat is either sirloin steak or boneless pork chops. While there aren’t as many pork chop recipes as there are ground beef recipes they are good and tasty and quick to make. The easiest recipe I have is probably the one for sloppy joes. If you can brown some ground beef and onions you are good to go with this sloppy joes recipe.

The ingredients for this ground beef casserole recipe is as follows.

2# 80% lean ground beef
1/2 bag no yolks noodles
1 can tomato juice
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 16 oz can whole tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can sweet peas
1 medium onion

For this ground beef casserole dice up the medium onion and put it in the frying pan on high heat.

If, for dietary reasons, you want to drink the apple cider vinegar straight, you might want to add some baking soda. Because drinking a high-acid beverage can damage your teeth and lead to tooth sensitivity the A.C.V. should always be diluted when you drink it. The simplest of the apple cider vinegar recipes is to add baking soda to neutralize the acid a little bit:

8 oz water
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Take a tall glass and mix them.

The combination of apple cider vinegar with honey is also a proven one over the centuries:

2 tsp Honey
8 oz water
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar

This refreshing drink calmes your nerves.

The healthful effects of apple cider vinegar recipes will always be there for you.
